Arena tours give an insider’s look at all the features of Mason City Multipurpose Arena.
Arena tours are fully ADA accessible and may be
tailored to each individual groups interests and needs.

Spectators are responsible for their bags at all times and the Mason City Arena reserves the right to limit carry in items during select events.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted to be brought in the Mason City Multipurpose Arena.
Cameras are allowed at all events unless otherwise noted.
Spectators must abide by all posted signs and must remain in common arena areas.
Mason City Arena receives many requests for donations and each and every one is given serious consideration.

For all concerts, events, and games, doors will open 1 hour prior to the start of the event unless otherwise noted.
Electronic devices larger than a cell phone are NOT allowed at Mason City Arena events.
Face Masks are not currently required to attend a Mason City Arena Event.
We encourage all guests who prefer to wear a mask to continue to do so.
Fan courtesy is an important element of enjoyment at Mason City Arena events.
Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and throwing objects) may result in ejection from the building.
Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges.
Multiple First Aid stations are available.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Mason City Multipurpose Arena.
The arena features 4 permanent concession stands located throughout the arena offering a wide range of grab and go food and drink options. Cash and cards are accepted at all locations.
Adult beverages including beer and cocktails are available for those over 21 during select events. ID required. Cash and cards accepted.
The Mason City Multipurpose Arena is a perfect location for your group whether you are entertaining clients, colleagues, a school group, a church group, sports team or family and friends.

Lost and Found items are stored in the arena office and can be claimed by contacting any arena staff member.
Lost children are immediately brought to the Mercy One ticket office.
If you are looking for a lost child or need assistance of any kind, please contact any Mason City Arena staff.
Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
Animals (except trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities)
Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
Electronic cigarettes / vape pens inside facility
Fireworks
Flags/Signs with poles
Laser pens/pointers of any type
Outside food or beverages
Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bag
All small bags are subject to search.
Pepper spray/Mace
Umbrellas
Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms and spiked jewelry (including permit to carry)
Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management
Posters and signs are allowed unless otherwise noted.
Posters and signs may not be obstructive to other patrons and may only be displayed during game play breaks.
Reentry is not allowed unless otherwise noted.
Mason City Arena creates a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
The venues security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks as deemed necessary including the use of metal detectors, the search of jackets, clothing, and other items.

Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
Please note, some events (family shows or those intended for children) will have a different child admission policy.
Mason City Arena is fully ADA compliant with a drop-off lane on 2nd St. SW in front of the building, elevators that are accessible to all levels of the arena, designated disability seating locations and wheelchair accessibility.
